Lynn Sedgwick - Managing Director, The Clayton Group

Having over 20 years Professional Recruitment experience, Lynn has built up a significant portfolio of success. Lynn graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1987. She trained as an Accountant with a regional Accountancy firm before being attracted to professional recruitment where she worked for National and International Companies, before joining The Clayton Group in 1993. Today, Lynn specialises in Legal recruitment where, as one of the regions most respected and experienced recruiters, she has developed strong links with the Legal profession throughout the North West. Lauren Connors - Business Manager, Clayton Legal

An experienced recruitment consultant, Lauren joined Clayton Legal three years ago following a number of high profile positions within the recruitment industry. Lauren, who graduated with a BA (Hons) in Management from UCLAN, began her career with the Lancashire Constabulary as an in-house recruiter of police officers. She then spent two years working for Manpower, managing temporary contracts in Preston and surrounding areas. At Clayton Legal, she has gained experience across the broad range of Legal recruitment and now manages the Legal Division, specialising in Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation and Employment Law. She was recently described by a candidate as "succeeding where other consultants have failed".

Jenny Clarke – Recruitment Consultant, Clayton Recruitment

Jenny Clarke joined Clayton Recruitment in 2009 from a customer focussed sales background, having worked within niche market sectors including Travel and Interim Recruitment for an International Service based organisation. She recruits across a broad spectrum of roles including HR, Sales, Commercial and Administrative positions at Management, Supervisory and support staff level. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys fitness, dancing and socialising. She also has a passion for travel and has visited many ‘far off’ destinations around the world.

Jamie Miller – Recruitment Consultant, Clayton Legal

Jamie graduated with a degree in Theatre Studies before deciding to swap the footlights for sales, where he worked in both ‘face to face’ and telesales roles. He progressed into recruitment and had 12mths experience with another organisation before joining Clayton Legal where he specialises in the recruitment of unqualified roles in all areas of law, including para – legals, legal assistants and legal secretaries. In his spare time, Jamie enjoys socialising and eating out (too much), as well as trips to the theatre and watching new bands play.

Jackie is an expert recruiter in the temporary Industrial and Commercial sectors. She joined Clayton to establish the brand in the Industrial market. She has worked for over 20 years providing temporary solutions to businesses across East Lancashire, Preston and the Fylde. She is adept at finding the right candidates quickly and at the right price to meet the needs of any business. Jackie prides herself on the relationships she builds with her clients and in the delivery of a first class recruitment service.

Tracy Bolan - Recruitment Consultant, Clayton Recruitment

Tracy has 18mths experience with the Clayton Group, initially as Temps Controller, and more recently in Permanent Recruitment where she is part of the Commercial team specialising in HR, Customer Service, Admin and Commercial roles at managerial, supervisory and support staff levels.

Elina Mitsova - Office Administrator, The Clayton Group

Elina joined The Clayton Group as Office Administrator two years ago. Born in Bulgaria, she studied International Economics at UCLAN. Before joining the Clayton team, she worked as a Loan Officer at the university as well as in the Facilities Department for the NHS. Elina is something of a languages expert and speaks Russian, French and Spanish as well as English and her native Bulgarian.
